By accessing or using Vasooli Bhai (the "Service"), operated at vasoolibhai.app, register.vasoolibhai.app, pay.vasoolibhai.app, and via our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Vasooli Bhai is an automated payment reminder service that helps businesses collect dues from their clients via automated phone calls. The Service places calls to your clients to remind them about pending payments before, on, and after the due date. The Service also provides a dashboard for tracking payment status and managing client records.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. The Service is intended for business owners, managers, or authorized administrators who collect payments from clients.
To use the Service, you must register by providing your name, phone number, email, institute name, and other required details. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
The Service is priced at ₹5 per student per month, with a minimum of ₹250 per month, whichever is higher. Pricing details are as follows:
A free trial is available with no credit card required. After the trial period, payment is required to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of student and parent contact information you provide to the Service. You must ensure that you have obtained necessary consent from parents/guardians before adding their phone numbers for automated calls. Vasooli Bhai is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or unauthorized phone numbers.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vasooli Bhai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including pricing, liability, and dispute clauses) will remain in effect.
The Service, including its design, branding, software, and content, is the property of Vasooli Bhai and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
